SANAKO Helpdesk offers a dedicated support contact service to the users of SANAKO Study 500, Study1200 and other Study related extension modules, initially in the EMEA region.
SANAKO Helpdesk service will:
• Answer customer calls and emails requesting technical assistance
• Assess customers’ support needs and handle them accordingly
• Use troubleshooting techniques to diagnose problems
• Solve the problem during the call whenever possible
